Dave brings over a decade of military service in the United States Army -- where he mobilized with forces worldwide -- combined with a proven track record in the private sector. His background sharpened his operational and logistical expertise, directly informing the creation of Pinnacle's Vertically Integrated Development Model.

Dave has led the development and construction of more than $150 million in mixed-use, adaptive reuse, and historic preservation projects. His deep understanding of today's "Young Professional" demographic fuels his ability to deliver modern, creative environments where people live, work, and thrive.

He has worked extensively with federal, state, and local governments to align project vision with public and private funding strategies. 

Dave was also recognized by the Downtown Dayton Partnership for his civic leadership, serving as Co-Chair of the Recovery Board, helping guide the city's reemergence from COVID-19 disruptions.

Eric serves as Director of Finance at Pinnacle Building Co., bringing nearly 20 years of entrepreneurial experience and financial leadership to the role. A seasoned business owner and board member for both nonprofit and for-profit organizations, Eric currently serves as Treasurer for a Delaware County nonprofit supporting at-risk youth—reflecting his commitment to both fiscal responsibility and community impact.

At Pinnacle, Eric drives the company's financial strategy and risk mitigation efforts, ensuring each project aligns with our long-term vision and performance goals. His deep experience in project-level accounting reinforces Pinnacle’s data-driven project management approach, providing clients with clarity, transparency, and confidence from start to finish.

Jason brings over 25 years of trade experience to his role as Director of MEPs at Pinnacle Building Co., including two decades as an electrician, working alongside HVAC and Plumbing professionals on large scale projects and fit-outs. His deep, boots-on-the-ground knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems allows Pinnacle to design and execute complex projects with precision—minimizing rework, streamlining schedules, and ensuring seamless integration across disciplines. By managing MEPs in-house under Jason’s leadership, we reinforce our Vertically Integrated model and deliver tighter coordination, greater accountability, and smarter builds from the ground up.

Tim brings over 35 years of multifaceted trade experience to his role as Senior Construction Manager at Pinnacle Building Co. With a deep understanding of every phase of the construction process, Tim leads field operations with a unique blend of technical expertise and creative problem-solving. From early planning through final execution, he serves as the driving force behind our on-site performance.

Tim is also a trusted, client-facing leader who takes the time to understand each client’s vision, goals, and challenges—ensuring that every project not only meets but exceeds expectations. He oversees all On-Site Project Managers and Project Logistics personnel, setting the standard for communication, craftsmanship, and accountability across the company. Tim’s leadership is a key reason Pinnacle consistently delivers projects that reflect precision, purpose, and pride.

Crossen is a recent graduate of Penn State University, holding a Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain and Information Systems. 

With a strong foundation in logistics, operations and project coordination, he brings a detail-oriented and analytical approach to construction management.

As a Project Engineer, Crossen supports project planning, scheduling and on-site execution to ensure successful and timely delivery.

His background in supply chain systems adds valuable insight into procurement, vendor management and process efficiency across construction operations.
